Welcome to the Preston Woodall House Bed and Breakfast! As you will find below, we have listed our complete wedding packages, which fits the needs of the bride and groom as well as their families and special guests. We feel the Preston Woodall House is very unique in that we offer the bride and groom the opportunity to stay in our historic 1910 Queen Ann residence which features 13 bedrooms and enjoy the amenities of our home for all of the wedding functions. It is our pleasure and promise to accommodate and pamper you in any way that we can. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

The agreement the renting party has with the Preston Woodall House Bed and Breakfast covers the times specified in the wedding packages. The fee for rental of the Preston Woodall House depends on the wedding package that you have chosen below. Please note that ALL Saturday weddings have a 100 person minimum and ALL rehearsal dinners (regardless of what day) have a 25 person minimum. By signing this contract you agree to pay a minimum reception bill of at least 100 people and a minimum rehearsal dinner bill of at least 25 people if applicable to your package. If you do not meet the required minimums please call us to see if you can accommodate your numbers.

Package A ~ Ultimate Destination Wedding Package

Includes the Preston Woodall House 5 Bedrooms PLUS 3 ON-SITE HOUSES for overnight accommodations

Two nights stay in the 5 Preston Woodall House Bedrooms for family and/or out of town guest.
Two nights stay in each of our 3 cottages: Nana’s Cottage, Lucy’s Cottage & Kaitlyn’s Cottage. (Total of 8 bedrooms).
A full breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning for ALL overnight guests up to 26 people!
Use of the Preston Woodall House for your Bridal Portrait before your event. This has to be scheduled through Phyllis or Brian.

Package D – Day of Destination Wedding Package

For the bride and groom who do not mind a Friday morning rehearsal… This is a great package for our clients who want to save the Preston Woodall House for their big day.

Use of the 2800 sq. ft. Cora Lily Grand Ballroom

The use of the facility for a rehearsal on Friday morning (the day before your wedding). Your rehearsal hours will be between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
The use of the facility for your wedding.
The use of the facility for your wedding reception in the “Cora Lily Grand Ballroom.” This ballroom will accommodate up to 300 people and will include (30) 48” tables and (300) chairs.
One night stay for the bride and groom in the bedroom of your choice with full breakfast included.
Use of the Preston Woodall House for your Bridal Portrait before your event. This has to be scheduled through Phyllis or Brian.
This package does not include food and beverage.
Additional Cottage rentals are $300 each per night.

12:00 pm check-in on your day of your reception.
This package does not include food and beverage.
Additional Cottage rentals are $300 each per night.
Additional Preston Woodall House Bedrooms are $150.00 each.

Package F - A Sunday Wedding Package

Use of the facility beginning at 12:00 PM for your wedding rehearsal.
Use of the facility for your wedding ceremony (Ceremony Time can range from 3-7 PM)
The use of the facility for your wedding reception in the “Cora Lily Grand Ballroom.” This ballroom will accommodate up to 300 people and will include (30) 48” tables and (300) chairs.
One night complimentary stay for the bride and groom in room of your choice with a full breakfast included!

Additional Accommodations and Rentals

Nana's Cottage ($300 per night)

Nana’s Cottage is the sweetest cottage around. Dale has decorated the inside and outside to reflect the Victorian cottage period. Located directly across the street from the Preston Woodall House this is a very comfortable, convenient, affordable way to enjoy all of the weekend festivities. Nana’s cottage has a full kitchen, bathroom, den with cable TV (large 52” screen), 3 bedrooms, a sweet front porch and a private deck. Please call Joel for more information.

Lucy's Cottage ($300 per night)

Lucy’s Cottage named after Dales’ grandmother has been restored into a showplace. We are particularly proud of Lucy’s Cottage because it was the home place of Dale’s mom for many years. Dale’s father has worked tirelessly to bring this home back into original grandeur. This 3 bedroom 2 bath Queen Ann home has all of the comforts of your Grandmother’s home with full amenities. Sit on the front porch and watch the world go while you relax directly across the street from the Preston Woodall House and enjoy all of the weekend festivities. Lucy’s Cottage has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a den with cable TV, 3 bedrooms, and a sweet front porch. Please call Joel for more information.

Kaitlyn's Cottage ($300 per night)

Kaitlyn’s Cottage is the newest addition to the Preston Woodall House community. The 1940’s Craftsman style house is another perfect place for your family and friends to relax during your wedding weekend. Kaitlyn’s Cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen with sit-down area, den with cable TV and a side deck. Please call Joel for more information.

Governor Aycock Bedroom: $150/per night

Large first floor room with bay window. A special note is the dramatic mahogany canopy bed and mahogany armoire studded with elaborate carvings. Rich green paisley walls with burgundy sarouk patterned oriental carpet. Gas fireplace with Greek Revival mantel and faux dimensional ceiling. Also features private bath with original claw foot tub and black marble floor.

Preston Woodall Bedroom: $150/per night

Large first floor bedroom just off wrap-around porch with private bath. Marbleized walls with gold gilded plaster border and crystal and brass chandelier. Beautiful view overlooking four-tier fountain and gardens. Massive mahogany rococo bed with intricate carvings. Of special note is the document drapery from a Natchez plantation house and the two large angel panels.

William Woodall Bedroom: $150/per night

Large second floor stucco walled room with leopard skin carpet. The carved, Honduras mahogany four-poster bed is American Empire with carved pineapples and scrolled headboard, which make this bed a work of art. This unique bedroom overlooks the garden and a magnificent four-tiered water fountain to lull you to sleep.

Claire Augusta Bedroom: $150/ per night

Elegant second floor room overlooking portico balcony and octagonal first floor pavilion. Heart pine floors contrasting with Victorian cherry bed set against eggplant damask walls.

Yamaha Disklavier Grand Piano

Use of the Grand Piano and disk lavier with continuous play $250.00

(The continuous play will be operated by Dale Herring or Joel Hurley)

**Absolutely no one should play (with the exception of your professional musician), touch, or set objects under any circumstances on the Grand Piano. If you do not wish to the Grand Piano package, the piano will be closed and covered during your event for your protection. If the Grand Piano is damaged during an event, the renting party will be responsible for repairing ALL damages.
